is there MAC ADDRESS FILTER in these 645's

yup, the DGL-4500 has this feature. is there any similar feature on this 645?

because i want to block a few mac address.

Yes there should be. MAC Filtering is a standard on all DIR series routers.
Should be under Advanced/Network Filter.
