I'm coming to the mountain top for help. For some reason, my two Sony Blue-Ray players with wi-fi show 0% signal strength. All other devices on my network work fine. All that's changed is that I added a new Vizio TV with built-in wireless apps to the network, could that somehow be causing problems?
Running Netflix through the new TV works fine. When I go to the Sony players wireless setup screen, my network shows up under available wireless networks and the signal strength bar there is all the way up indicating a strong signal. Yet on the other network diagnostic screen it show 0% signal strength, makes no sense.
I unplugged the modem and router, let them sit for a while and plugged it all back in with the same result. Are there some settings I can check to make sure the players "see" the router? I don't get it, I have changed no settings on the router and have only added the new TV.
What say you, wise one?
