D-Link posted a bug fix that enables the DNS-345 to enter the hibernation mode while mydlink Cloud add-on is activated: Bug Fix 2.38.0.19922   

This corrects the following Firmware Wishlist item: "Hibernation - Hibernation fails if mydlink Cloud service is running"
