I did not want to start a new thread regarding the same or very similar issue.
I have been working great since I purchased this last year, but it lost connection after Comcast replaced my router with ta newer router.
I reset the unit back to factory and then gave the unit a static ip.
It still would not map for a while.
Then after deleting the windows credentials and starting over, it seemed to work for a day, then after I powered the pc back up then next day it lost connection again.
It seems like a DNS issue, but the NAS already has the correct DNS, and all network settings are correct.
I have been looking over the forum and other places to try to see if its a firmware issue or not, but when going out to find the newest firmware, I compared and mine as the most current one.
I am on Windows 7 Professional x32.
I am stumped at the moment.
