Network share Guest (for free) and Passd protected

Hi all, Please help me:

The problem is on DNS 343 Fw. 1.06Beta

Can I create a share free for all (Guest) user, and an other with passwd!!.
eg.:

\\Volume1
   +  \\Free4All -  can connect anyone but read only (without user and passwd)
   +  \\OlnyMe  -  can connect only with an user: passwd and CAN R&W

OR

\\Volume1
   +  \\olyoneshare -  can connect anyone read only and an user with passwd can RW?


I try to set it, but when i created a password protected share, i can not connect to free share only with user and passwd. This is bad.

This is a real problem on DNS323 but this works on 343 too??? :(
