Same issue.  Has not been working since yesterday - prior to that was working well.  No iOS updates that I have done.  Seems to be some other issue.  Running iOS 6.0.1

Now my dlink app seem working but no sound at all. have you seen that?

Yes mine is also back up now, but I can't help with sound as I have my sound off by default.

The question mark issue isn't an IOS update issue but an update of the Iphone app. I have an I-phone 3GS,4GS,and 5 and none of them now work since the app update. The 4 and 5 were updated but the 3 app was not updated. I can access the cameras on the laptop.

UPDATE:  The 4 & 5 App started working tonight. No more question marks.
