Trouble Uploading to MyDlink

Trying to slap a simple mp3 into a file via the browser. Tried both Chrome and IE. In each instance the progress bar halts, then eventually vanishes and the tool stops responding without a refresh. On refreshing the file has not uploaded.

Has anyone come across this before?
