This is a feature my customer used to be able to do with their old pbx and I was looking for a way to accomplish something similar.

1.  Operator calls two people for a scheduled conference with owner
2.  She conferences them into a call
3.  she would push hold and tell the owner that his call is on line 5 or whichever.
4.  He would pick up line 5 and off he goes

I don't think I can transfer a conference call with this system.  Any Ideas on how to setup a call like this for someone else short of going into his office?
