DNS 325 freezing during playback issue

I have an issue where when I am using my DNS-325 UPDP functionality on my PS3 playing a video and at some point during the playback the DNS will freeze and stop playing.  Sometimes it stops half an hour in, sometimes it will play videos for several hours before it freezes.

When this happens and I try to access the device through the IP address it gives me the log in interface but doesn't allow me to type in a user or password.

What I have been doing is unplugging the device and then plugging it back in and turning it on.

Has anyone else had this issue? or know how to fix it?
