DIR-825 Track Bandwidth Usage
« on: March 15, 2013, 09:24:54 AM »

I've been looking around for a way to track my usage on my D-Link router. Any posts to address this seem to be a few years old. At that time, there was nothing I could do to track it via the 825.

Does anyone know any 3rd party firmware or anything from DLink that I can use?

Thanks FurryNutz. I'm looking for something that can be used on the router itself, since that is the point at which all my devices connect. I can't do it at the modem level since it was supplied by my ISP.

It seems that the software you suggest is just for one point of contact, or did I miss something?

You'll have to load it on each PC. Very informative and useful. DLink routers don't carry any tracking options that I know of since working with the routers. I think there might have be a couple however at least on the 8 Series routers, theres isn't any tracking options available.

It's possible that maybe 3rd party FW could have these options. You'll need to check there to see.
