I have the same DSL-2750U router, H/w ver::C1, F/w ver:ME_1.10.
Some declared features just dont work normally, e.g. 3G USB modem, very slow samba sharing performance, printing over USB port is very slow. And the web interface looks more like a beta-version (not enough details).
That's why we are all looking for updated version of the firmware.
I know there are various version of the same ME_1.10 firmware but for different regions and it looks ridiculous.
Also I couldnt get access to FTP server of D-Link ME (though i can browse any other D-Link FTP servers)...

You'll need to contact your regional local DLink support office and get help or inquire about official FW updates.

Again, only supported FW that are posted on official DLink web sites are supported.

My regional local D-Link support office was closed in 2012 (Uzbekistan, Tashkent) so unfortunately I am not able to contact them. I bought my DSL-2750U from one of our small local resellers which buys equipment in Dubai, China and other countries and sell here.
But in any case I think that as an owner of D-Link product (I am using D-Link devices for more than 7 years till now) I must be provided D-Link technical support whereever I live and/or using it.
So please help me to contact D-Link ME somehow. Probably it's possible to register and get access credentials for D-Link ME FTP servers? This way I will be able to download my native ME_1.10 or higher.

Yes, access to the ME ftp site is closed and no longer accessible. I don't have access.
