Glad I don't live in a heavily populated wifi area. No wonder people have problems. As you can see there are only a few wher I am, and from the other poster there, his signal strength looks like i'ts being interrupted a lot, like if a phone were ringing or something else was constantly transmitting. As you can see with mine, it's right steady.

Lotacus-- looks like channel 8 or 9 might be a better choice for you :) 

As you can see from my graphic-- if my DIR-655 can work at nearly full speed when on low transmit power in Manhattan with over 30 other detected APs, then the DIR-655 can work ANYWHERE.
