This issue is two fold. D-Link is aware of the Java issue and is working on getting it fixed.  Also Java mfr is also included in this so they also need to update there software as well.

I also noticed a Java update this morning. Not sure if this has any fixes or not.

This product has been discontinued.
Free support for this product has ended on 06/01/2019.

Users can continue to use the camera as is, however some features may not work well in newer generation web browsers. Last known working version that worked well was FireFox v52.9 ESR. IEx32 should work as well. ALL other updated and more current browsers have disabled any 3rd party plug-ins. D-Link is no longer supporting or adding features to FW. If the camera doesn't work at all, it's recommended you'll need to find a new generation camera solution.
