Out of extreme frustration with four DSC-2132L cameras failing for operate nearly as well as the DSC-932L's, I have tried reaching dLink TS. After pressing 2 then 2, the next phone tree never responds. So I'm unable to wait the usual 30-60 minutes for an agent to answer.I've tried at various times from three phones and cannot get through.
Pressing 2 2 5 1 now works. Will call them later.
