Dlink Support none existant
« on: August 11, 2013, 07:59:16 AM »

Hi,

Can you find out if D-Link have gone out of business, I've sent 2 requests for help with the NAS to their customer support, 24th July and 31st of July, no reply apart from an automated response, very poor customer support on their part and darned annoying.

Case No.   CSP13074347   and    CSP13073396.

Query....

I really need to get the share centre sync working correctly as I need to run backups, however the sharecentre is only logging on annonymously.  Problem I have is the ShareCenter Sync in not asking for a login when setting up a backup, it is trying to do it annonymous and failing, how can I get the ShareCenter Sync backup software to correctly ask for a login? At present it is not working as it should.

As shown on the pic, it is not allowing me to set the correct login which I have setup.

Call their live telephone support rather than relying on email queries.
