This is a typical hardvare issue on this router... as before on DI-524, try to booting without success..
When You purchased this product?
Please provide me the serial number of this router and i will check the distributor/retail partner in Bg.
ps. Russia is another region, they wont care with EU products, as we dont do with theirs. but fact, we havent got phone support in BG. You can contact to D-Link office via www.dlink.bg at
