Author Topic: DSR-1000N L2TP over IPSEC works with Windows but doesn't with iOS and Android  (Read 9645 times)

I configured L2TP over IPSEC and it works fine with Windows XP and Windows 7
but when I try to connect with mobile devices I have this log:

in DSR I see, in Status > Active VPNs > device is present with "IPsec SA Established" state, but the device isn't connect and it shows me "operation not succeed"
DSR-1000N info: Hardware Version: A1 - Firmware Version: 1.08B51_WW

done, but they didn't help me. They only sent me some pdf and a beta firmware...

I recommend that you phone contact them back once more and tell them that this didn't work and see if they can review your router configuration or see if getting you a RMA for the 1000 for a new one. Ask them to test this set up there before they send you a new one.

Ensure your iOS and Android are tested as well. Any new updates to these devices. Had this ever been working at all?

Is this router being used at a home or business?
