Brother HL-2700CN

I am trying to print to a Brother HL-2700CN. The server seems to configure it properly after I execute the Printer Setup Icon that it places on my desktop. However, when I try to print the job fails. I have tried both from an XP and a Vista machine. Neither works. Any suggestions? ???
