Rates seen on WiFi status in OSX maintained same values.
I noticed that on 1st initial speed test, speeds were only reaching half of the 50Mb reporting and never achieved 50Mb. Upon doing a 2nd test, download speeds achieved 50Mb results.
Only 135Mb WiFi connections rates are being seen on 5Ghz. Mac Book Pro supports 270~300Mb on 5Ghz (N).Mixed ALL Modes, Auto Chl Scan(36), WPA2/AES only!

Conection rates reporting on 810L status:
0.0.0.0 802.11ac 433M 100%
192.168.0.190 802.11ac 351M 100% <LAN connected Mac Book Pro to DIR-868L
192.168.0.168 802.11ac 351M 100% <IP reserved on 810L router for DIR-868L.
I notice that on the .190 IP address connection, the AC rate drops from 351Mb to 175Mb during actual speed testing.
