DNR in myDlink offline

Hi

I just bought the DNR-202L and after setup with 3 cameras all good and i can access from mydlink (from inside network), however, after a few minutes and try to connect outside the network the NVR goes offfline in mydlink and i need to reboot the DNR to can connect again.

Someone is having this issue?

What should i do to avoid this issue?
