MyFile Download Error

I highlighted 4 files (in RED) within MyFiles, to Download to my PC.
(Problem 1) Only 1 file is downloaded.

so I download by selecting each file individually but hit a problem too
(Problem 2) with 3 files in process of being downloaded, when I highlight the 4th file, the 327L page starts to hang. I had to reboot 327L to access MyFiles app.
