DCS-7010L Not Found During First Time Set UP

Hi,

I have recently recived my new camera and during the set up phase my computer can not find the camera.

I have the power lead connected and the LAN cable connected to my talktalk router/broadband.

The light on the camera is green, however sometimes it does flash between geen and red.

I have tried different computers and LAN cables also different LAN ports but neither of these make any difference and the cables are all connected securely.

Is my camera faulty or am l doing something wrong?

Any advice or help would be much appreciated.
