Windows 7 No File Access

Hi, after dealing with lots of difficulties from my router and then from windows it self, I finally got the sharecenter running in the network. Now, there is no way I manage to access is from My PC. First, it showed up as another drive, a network drive, but evertime I tried to access it, it gave an error. I even tried the option of "different credentials" but nothing. I decided to disconect it to map it again, however, Widnows does not find it at all. It is driving me crazy and I just cannot accept this is so difficult to achieve. Please help. I appreciate it.
