Video smooth sound choppy

I have plenty of bandwidth and have the cam connected via Ethernet. Video at hi res is nice and smooth and the recording audio is also good. The problem is when listening to the audio via MyDlink Lite App. It cuts in and out every second or two. Any suggestions?
