DDNS IP setup

I am trying to install a DNS-320 and I am currently trying to add an host..
I have entered my preferred Host-name, it shows my browser IP address but I don't know what to put in the New IP Address field! What do I enter? Where do I get it from?

I've sorted it thank you, it was my hostname that was already taken.
