I purchased DAP 2690 a couple of weeks ago and still cannot setup successfully until now even I follow the user manual.

Would you be more specific?  What won't it do?   

When you say "followed the manual and set it up" - that could mean you got as far as connecting cables and wires and it won't power up.

Or did you get further? Is the wireless broke? 2.4 or 5 Ghz? Or is the PoE broke?

Or do you have some strange network setup that you can't get to work?
