Seeing IP Camera: Android vs IOS

I've noticed my Android device cannot see my IP cameras in my local network,  if the android is wirelessly connected to an access point or wifi router different from the ones the IP cameras are wirelessly connected too.  (haven't tried wired yet).

With IOS,  the local network is reachable from all local points.

Anyone one else have problems connecting to IP cameras using android?

After correcting a network setting,  my fault,  BOTH IOS and andriod work fine.  Sorry andriod for the earlier slight.
