DFL-800 start error

I`ve got a problem with my DFL-800 router. It does not start correctly. After turn on all LEDs (Power, System, WAN1, WAN2 DMZ and 1-7 LAN) light and stay in this state.
I couldn't`t log in thru WWW and console either.
I try to reset (with back switch) but it didn`t help.
Unfortunately my warranty pass a 3 weeks ago and Service won`t help me.

Can anyone help me with this?

connect using console serial port to check booting messages

I can`t log in with console - there is no replay.
