This has been mentioned by JavaLawyer in other threads, but it's worth repeating. If your DNR-322L was working fine with the older firmware, but you are no longer able to toggle the manual record button since updating to the 2.0 firmware, in IE11 select "Tools"->"Compatibility View Settings"->add URL for your DNR-322L.

Next, login to your DNR-322L web interface and make sure the URL looks like this (this is the C++ live viewer): http://IP_ADDRESS/web/nvr/liveview_1.html
