502 Bad Gateway
The CGI was not CGI/1.1 compliant.

I've got the above error when using browsers to connect to my newly bought IPCAM, DCS-2310L HW ver:A2, but I can connect to it via IPCam Viewer (Android app).  Have tried resetting it by pressing and holding the reset button for 5 secs.

Is there anyone know the solution? or it is a defect one? 'cos I have bought two, the other one has no problem at all Thanks!

[UPDATE] fixed after flashing an older version of firmware.
