Link>Welcome!

  • What region are you located?

Is this DSL modem provided to you by TalkTalk or did you get it from a retail seller?

im in sunderland, tyne and wear, and yes i was supplied it by talktalk, i speedtested my connection while i was on the medium package 38mbs and got a modest 25mbs, since ive upgraded to the large 76mbs my speed has only increased to 31mbs that is wired through a dsl 3780 and bt modem, i will hardwire straight to pc minus the router and report back

You'll need to refer to Talk Talk for support and information regarding this modem...Eventhough it's made by D-Link, the FW is probably developed by Talk Talk?

What region is Sunderland in?
