It seems diferents networks
« on: April 06, 2014, 04:14:18 AM »

Hi,
I have installed the DHP-W306AV and connected right to my router. I have full access to internet in the room where i have the 306av and it have the same SSID and Pass that the router. But i have a question related itunes (share at home) and ipad. When i'm in the same room of the router and the imac with my ipad, i can connect my ipad and share the contents of the imac itunes, but when i move to the room where i have installed the w306av, then i lost the "connection" with the itunes library. Anyone can helps me?
Thanks in advance

Check to see if there is any multi media or media server settings on the 306AV that maybe needed to enable media services.

Review the user manual for any media server or services feature information.

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
