my dnr 322l recorder seehning my dcs 5211l camera but hnot playing

hi
i just install new drn 322l recorder,it sees  my dcs 5211l camera at the camera search part, but cant play the camera at the live video part of the dhnr 322l recorder part.
Rather showing me this message  Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable Package is the necessary component to run this product. If you see this message after installing the ActiveX and allowing it to run, please download this program from Microsoft , or install vcredist_x86.exe from NVR toolkit.  which i download and install still showing me that, i now install it through m CD still showing that message.
pleas some on should help me.
