It's hard to block all torrent ports as they use randomly generated ports. I can make one recommendation and would be to use a Dynamic DNS service site and create an account there, once you have that, use there DDNS addresses on the router under Setup/Internet/Manual. This will tell the router to use a different DNS service. Now use the DDNS service site and have them manage or configure the DDNS addresses to block Torrent traffic. Not sure how to configure it there however they will have information or should have information on how to set that up on there site. So any torrent traffic passing thru the router, will be checked by the DDNS site and should be blocked there.
Only other suggestion, if you can get access to the PC, would be to open up the Torrent application and set a static port with in the app. Save and close. Now you could go to the router and block that specific port. However, be aware that they might find the static port and change it.
Lastly, I'd set up a QoS rule if the 615 has this feature and put his reserved IP address into the QOS rule and set a priority of 200 or 255. This is the lowest priority that you use use on the router. You could set a separate QoS rule for you and any other devices that you want to have a higher priority while he's online. Set those to 50 or 128.
