Audio threshold

I have found the setting for the audio threshold, but it seems to be related to email notifications. I would like the "event" to be the actual audio coming out of my iOS app. i.e. no sound comes out of the mydlink app/web link until it goes above a certain level. I'm using it as a baby monitor.
