5222l red light

Reboot my 5222l rev a cam from the f/w Web page.  Mistake.

Red light. No green. 

Removed mappings in router. Ran set up cd.
No green light so technically I shouldn't scan for the 5222l (but it did find my 2nd 5222l which is still on the network. )

Nothing from pushing WPS button. Pushing and holding the reset button with a safety pin for 30 seconds also did nothing. Removed sd card. Removed network cable. Reattached. Pets back up. Same red light.
