After moving from one provider to another, I just unplugged my DNS and pluged it to another router. Now I can find my DNS on lan but it say there is not disks in it. Can you help me? I tried storage reset button but nothing happened.

For note, I have some important data on these drives.

Can you log on to your NAS using the web interface (http://192.168.???.??? in your browser - ??? to be replaced with actual numbers)?

Did you set up the NAS to have a fixed IP address and is the new router on the same IP address subnet?

What you are describing sounds like the IP address subnet of the old and new router are different (something like 192.168.0.xxx and 192.168.1.xxx and if you had fixed IP on the NAS it won't work).

Yes IP was different, but that is not a problem, as I found new IP, and now I can log on my Dlink, but it show no hard drives. I tried to pull them out, then turn on storage with no disks, then turn off and put disks back, but it still does not recognize my disks... It does not even start disks when I turn it on.

EDIT: all I did was unplug hardware move it to another room, and plug it again just to new rutter. before that HDDs worked, after that HDDs are not recognizable.

Hi,
At this point assuming you have a backup of your data, you could just try and do a hardware reset.  Use a toothpick or paperclip and with the unit powered on, insert the toothpick and hold for about 10 seconds then release.  Give the unit a couple minutes and see if you can find the hard drives.  If you have critical data and lack a backup, you might try the sticky for information regarding recovering data.  That is all I can think of except a long shot of trying to find another 320 to try the drives in.  Good luck

I have 2x 3Tb HDDs in raid mode... I used this to backup my data so there is no other backup.

If you don't have a second copy of your files then you don't have a backup.

That being said let's look at recovering your data assuming the drives are OK.

Read the sticky on Data Recovery.  If you are using RAID1 then you can use just one disk in a USB/SATA caddy and, using the necessary software, you should be able to read the data on the disk and copy it to a safe place (another USB disk is a good place).

Once you have a backup of your data we can then try and find out why your unit isn't seeing the disks.

I plug in wrong AC adapter. I used 5V 2,5A instead 12V 3A... That Is what happened when you have mess of cables behind desk.

SO PEOPLE CHECK YOUR ADAPTERS IF SOMETHING IS NOT WORKING CORRECTLY!

Can this be marked as solved somehow?

Glad you were able to solve your problem.  If you have a lot of equipment that get power from power bricks then the tip from my service manager might be a help: use a colour code (can be various colour insulation tape) on each device and power plug, that way it is simple to match them up when necessary.

Re marking topic as solved, I think that you should be able to edit the header of your first post and add something like (SOLVED) at the beginning or end.
