I need to creat a wireless bridge/Access point.
I have two routers in two sides of the house and they should be running the same wireless lan.
This is done by creating the same network on both and connected them using "wireless bridge".
This way I can move from one side othe house, where one router exists, tot he other side, where the other router has coverage and still be on the same network.

As far as I could tell, this feature exists in 2650, 2760 but not 6850.

I need to keep the DSL functionality in teh 6850 as this is the enterance to my home.

Some DSL modems don't support any "wireless bridging".

Link> Bridge Mode vs Relay vs Access Point (AP) / Routers vs Dedicated Access Points (AP)

You may need to install an official supported bridge product as mentioned in the sticky post.

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
Let us know how it goes please.
