FTP/HTTP Downloads fail

Hello,

I have DN-320 B2 and FTP/HTTP Downloads are not working when I try to backup folder from my web hosting account (GoDaddy, FTP account) though file downloads are working fine. Every time when I try to do the Test I am getting "Fail" error. I tried to backup few different folders but getting same error every time.

FTP username and password are 100% correct. I tried paths to folder with no files, with subfolders, without subfolders but without luck.

Am I missing something? Can someone please help with this.
