Test card with sound but no video feed.

I have 3 cameras 2 work perfectly but after unplugging for one week then reconnecting the third camera, all I can get is a testcard image with sound and no live video feed.

Software is up to date and it shows fine in the app as connected etc. All settings are exactly the same for all three cameras.

Any ideas of how i can get the live feed back appreciated.
