Uninstall Sqeeze

Hi all,

So a while ago I installed Funplug and Sqeeze onto my 320L and now I would just like to roll it all back to default without compromising my data etc.  I am not that versed n Linux as I just followed a tutorial.  Trouble is, I don't know how to go back.

Any help would be great
