Upgrade from DNS 325

Hi there,
I am using the DNS 325 right now in RAID-0 mode and plan to upgrade to the DNS 327l soon. Is it possible to take both hdd's out of the 325 and place them into the 327, without any new formatting of the drives? Keeping all the data on the hdd's would be a big help...
