NO EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS-PLEASE HELP.
« on: August 03, 2014, 10:57:44 AM »

Hello,

I'm new to the forum and new to D-link. So far, it has been extremely frustrating. Nothing is working as advertised!

I have my D-link account, and under the settings, I have selected email notification on motion triggered event.

I have Comcast email account.

In addition, if I go to advance setting, I get a warning that security certificate for the website is NOT valid?! Is anything working with DLINK???? I guess I will be sending my 4 cameras back pretty soon, if I cant get it fixed.

Also, how can I post pics in the topic?

Thanks!

Rob

Log into DCS-931L web UI and navigate to SETUP > Mail. What values did you enter for E-MAIL ACCOUNT? Did you try sending a test email under TEST E-MAIL ACCOUNT?
