Seconds away from switching to Netgear or Linksys FOREVER
« on: June 24, 2009, 11:29:45 AM »

Ok, this DNS Relay bug in 1.11 firmware has been out for MONTHS now. But we STILL haven't gotten any new firmware, even a beta firmware, that fixes this problem. Nor has any D-Link employee come on the forum to explain that they realize there is a problem and a firmware is coming on xx date/time.

If I don't hear anything from D-Link regarding a new firmware within a few days, I'm selling the DIR-825 on eBay and getting a Linksys or Netgear router and I will NEVER use or recommend a D-Link product again.

Please D-Link, get some customer service and just explain if you plan to fix this ever or not.

I've just sold my DIR-825 on eBay and have bought a competitor's router. I'll never buy D-Link again and I will recommend AGAINST getting one to anyone that I know for the rest of my life.

Poor business D-Link. Just poor.

See you all later. I won't be coming back here again.
