Pipes / DFL-800

hello people,

i have a DFL-800 with Firmware version 2.26.00.06-12649 and i would like to implement traffic shaping per user, so i can provide the same bandwidth to the users to Internet.

i have read some about pipes and pipes rules, but someone has something about this? (documentation, examples, tutorial, video).
