Weird FPS

I'm using the latest firmware.

Using the camera with DNR-202L. Other camera that connected are 2pcs of DCS-942L

I change the fps setting in DCS-5020-L to 30, the nvr show 15 fps in the status.
When i change into 15fps, the nvr show 10 fps in the status.
The bandwidth also not showing 2M but just 1M bitrate.

My other two DCS-942L, show the exactly rate and fps.
