« on: March 19, 2014, 09:45:50 AM »

Hy there, I just installed the dlink lite app for my android phone (samsung gt-n7100) and I was trying to connect to my Dlink router DIR-605L but every time I'm getting the same error (1_0_4_3_0_7F)
I tryed to do the same thing with another smartphone but the results are the same.
I succesfully updated the firmware version from 1.12 to 1.14 but...guess what?! The same error Sad
I really don't know what to do Sad
Can anyone please help me?

Link>Welcome!

  • What Hardware version is your router? Look at sticker under router.
  • Link>What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on the routers web page under status.
  • What region are you located?
  • Was a Factory Reset performed before and after any firmware updates then set up from scratch?
FW Update Process

Ensure the router is correctly registered with the mydlink.com services?

Internet Service Provider and Modem Configurations
  • What ISP Service do you have? Cable or DSL?
  • What ISP Modem Mfr. and model # do you have?
  • Is ISP Modem/Service using Dynamic or Static WAN IP addressing?
  • What ISP Modem service link speeds UP and Down do you have?
  • Check ISP MTU requirements, Cable is usually 1500, DSL is around 1492 down to 1472. Call the ISP and ask. Link>Checking MTU Values
  • For DSL/PPPoE connections on the router, ensure that "Always ON" option is enabled.

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
Let us know how it goes please.
