I think we're on the same page now. You're looking for the equivalent of the Files and Settings Transfer Wizard that was included in Windows XP, with check boxes for shares, NW configurations, etc.

* Multiple hosts for NFS shares: I run a bit more convoluted setup than most but I run my own DHCP with subnets for PCs, media devices, and guests.  I can only do IP, Subnet, or all.  Either a CSV web entry for host or advanced setup to edit the exports directly would be awesome.
