320L Latest Firmware Possible Problem
« on: December 23, 2014, 01:44:50 PM »

Playing around with the latest software as of the 23rd Dec, and there seems to be an issue with LAN speed selection.

I am only being given the options of Auto or 100.  The 1000 is missing.

Also after the firmware update I had to factory reset everything, as the interface would not respond to any mouse clicks,  lost all my data.  Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong.

Thanks in advance, and MERRY CHRISTMAS.

1000 Mbps is not missing, it is only to use with the Autosensing option. You can choose 100 or 10Mbps, but 1000 is only the automatic option - if it will be possible to select that speed without switch or other 1000 Mbps interface, you loose the connection at all.

What means that after upgrade you lost all your data? Firmware upgrade do nothing with your HDD, it is only change the flash memory. You can acces the data using any interface or mounting it in the PC.

Can you access the web interface?

Thank you for the reply.

Sorry about the delay, I have been away.

I have it all sorted now, but stupidly reformatted everything.

I had to do a reset (Using button on unit)

Thanks for your help. I'm all clear now.

Now to find an NZB add on.  Not used a single torrent in over five years.

Have a great new year.
