Camera 5222LB1 - Push to talk problem connecting outside my house.

Hi,

I can't use te talk mode when I connect via mydlink Lite app, I can only hear. The two ways audio only works when I'm connected via the wifi house, but when I go outside and connect via 4G or another wifi it doesn't works, I can only hear. When I push the button to talk in the program he still like thinking and the program crash... Do you know any solution?

I have the latest firmware update.
